Purchasing Policy

CDI Farms, Inc. is a wholesale only nursery.  As such, all customers must provide a verifiable business name and tax identification number prior to their first purchase from us.

Payment Policy

All prices are quoted F.O.B. CDI Farms, Inc., Lindale, Texas.  All prices are subject to change without notice. Cash or checks are required at the time of pick up or delivery unless a credit account has been set up prior to the purchase.  Standard credit terms are available and must be arranged in advance. As such, an interest rate of 1.5% per month or 18% per annum will be charged for late payment.

Office Hours

Our Administration office is open Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM  Our Field Office is open Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Both are closed for major holidays.

Delivery Conditions

Delivery is available to your location for a reasonable fee.  Orders may also be picked up from our nursery,  by appointment only.  Please contact us with any of your delivery questions on your particular delivery needs.

Claims and Liability

CDI Farms, Inc.has no warranty expressed or implied. The purchaser assumes all risks and responsibilities upon acceptance of trees. All claims must be made on the date of receipt of goods for adjustment allowance. All claims limited to purchase price.
